We cordially invite you to the International Food Innovation and Sustainability Congress (IFIS2024), which will take place at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul from May 16 to 18, 2024.
The concepts of innovation and sustainability are crucial not only in various fields but also in Food Science and Technology. Managing innovation and sustainability processes in the field of food with the interaction of different disciplines, university-industry collaboration, and keeping abreast of current academic and industry developments is essential for the academy and industry. IFIS 2024 will serve as a platform to address all aspects of food innovation and sustainability, bringing together a wealth of research findings that will advance ecosystems, animal welfare, and human well-being.
Our congress aims to facilitate valuable interactions among esteemed scientists and researchers throughout the world, establishing new collaborations, encouraging young researchers entering the profession to engage in scientific works, promoting discussions on what are able to be done to provide a better and cleaner world for future generations, and presenting solutions. It also seeks to bring academia and industry together to collectively contemplate and develop concepts of innovation and sustainability in the food sector.
