General Rules

The stand installation date will be announced between May 2–5, 2026.

Stands will open at 08:00 on May 7, 8, and 9, 2026.

Stand security will be provided by the company representatives.
-
Visual and audio materials used for promotion must not disturb other sponsors.
-
Stand installation and dismantling will be organized according to the scientific and social program of the congress.

During promotion, activities must remain within the designated stand area.
-
Any material damage caused by the company will be compensated by the company after assessment.
-
Sponsorship payments can only be made via bank transfer.
-
All costs related to bank transfers will be covered by the sponsoring company.
