Registration and Abstract Submission
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Each oral presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Presenters are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated time to ensure a smooth flow of the program.
There are no strict formatting requirements for slides; however, presenters are encouraged to prepare clear and concise visuals to effectively communicate their work.
Poster Guidelines
Posters should be prepared in 70x100 cm (portrait orientation).
The poster should clearly include the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) at the top.
Please ensure that the font size is large enough to be readable from a distance (recommended: title ≥ 72 pt, headings ≥ 36 pt, body text ≥ 24 pt).
All posters must include the IFIS 2026 congress logo, which will be provided on the conference website.
Figures, tables, and graphics should be of high resolution and properly labeled. The content should be well-organized and concise to facilitate easy understanding.
