Organization Committee of IFIS 2026

IFIS – International Food Innovation and Sustainability Congress is an international scientific congress hosted by Yıldız Technical University Food Engineering Department. The congress aims to bring together researchers, students and industry professionals working in the fields of food science, sustainability and technology. Our congress, with an interdisciplinary approach; It offers a platform that encourages academic knowledge production, supports industry-university collaborations and enables participants to interact.
